By accessing or using the Confident Weather API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Confident Weather provides ensemble-based weather confidence scores derived from meteorological data. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. API Usage

• You must authenticate all API requests with a valid API key
• API keys are personal and must not be shared or redistributed
• Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
• We may suspend access for abuse or excessive usage

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. The confidence scores provided are statistical estimates based on ensemble model data. We make no guarantees about accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not rely solely on this Service for critical decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confident Weather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of payment for unused portions of the subscription.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your API key will be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
